Rates
- Prices are subject to change without notice and include VAT.
- Tourist tax is charged at an additional rate per person per night.
Booking confirmation
For your reservation to be confirmed, we require a credit card number with a validation date as a guarantee. Depending on the package you have chosen, you may be asked to pay a deposit in advance. The deposit will be refunded if you cancel within the specified period (see conditions below).
Giving a credit card number or paying a deposit commits the customer to the hotelier
and implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.
Cancellation conditions
In the event of late cancellation or no-show: 100% of the reservation will be invoiced and debited (non-refundable).
Non-changeable / non-refundable booking: No refund of deposit will be made.
Changes: No changes can be made after the deadline. For any interruption to a stay booked directly, as compensation, the hotel will charge the value of one night for all stays of up to 3 nights and 30% of the total amount of the remaining stay for stays of more than 3 nights.
Arrival time / Departure time
- You are requested to arrive at our reception by 20:00 at the latest, or to contact us on the same day to confirm your arrival, failing which the room may be re-let.
- We endeavour to ensure that your room is available on arrival, but it is only guaranteed from 3pm.
- The room must be vacated by 11.00am on departure. Failure to meet this deadline may result in an additional night being charged.
Other conditions
- Our promotional offers are valid only on the Internet and cannot be combined with other price offers.
- All extras (telephone, bar, etc.) must be paid for on site before departure. If these services are not paid for, they will be debited directly from the bill.
- Holiday vouchers are only accepted for bookings made via our website or by telephone.
- The hotel is entirely non-smoking. Failure to comply with this ban will result in a minimum penalty of 100 Euros. We also reserve the right to interrupt your stay in the event of a repeat offence. Similarly, in the event of liability for the fire alarm going off unexpectedly, we will invoice the costs of a maintenance technician to restore the fire detection system.
- The hotel is released from all obligations in the event of a force majeure or fortuitous event (strike, fire, water damage).
- In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, information concerning you will remain accessible and modifiable.
- In the event of a dispute, after having referred the matter to the establishment's customer service department to try to resolve it amicably, and in the event of a negative response or the absence of a response within sixty (60) days from the date of referral, the customer will be entitled to a refund. the customer may refer the matter to the Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage (Tourism and Travel Ombudsman) if he/she feels he/she must contest the hotelier's decision by contacting Médiation Tourisme et Voyage BP 80303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17 - info@mtv.travel - www.mtv.travel. The Mediation officer may be contacted within twelve (12) months of the first complaint.
